The Department of Housing Affairs is subordinate to the Student Department of the College. There are 47 staff and 3 management personnel, including the Deputy Director of the Student Department and 1 Chief of the Department of Housing Affairs. It is responsible for the overall work of the housing affairs and arranges, supervises, and Inspection and assessment, etc. One deputy head of the housing affairs section is responsible for assisting the housing affairs section chief to manage the housing affairs section. There is one secretary of the Housing Affairs Section, responsible for office work and dormitory assignments related to the Housing Affairs Section. There are 44 housekeeping teachers, including 2 leaders of the housekeeping department, 6 monitors and 36 housework teachers. The housekeeping teacher is mainly responsible for the accommodation management of nearly 6,793 students in apartment No. 1, apartment No. 2, apartment No. 3 and the four student apartments of the complex. After a period of staff adjustment, the staff of the Department of Housing Affairs has reached more than 50% of the staff with a bachelor degree, 5% of postgraduate degrees, and 45% of those with a college degree or below.
The Department of Housing Affairs is mainly responsible for the daily management of student life in the apartment, focusing on the management of apartment safety, student discipline, dormitory hygiene and facilities. Routine work includes daily sanitation inspections, night dormitory inspections, maintenance of indoor and public facilities, dormitory manager and house committee training, and no less than 1-2 inspections a day, etc. Supervise and manage the housekeeping of cleaning staff.
In daily work, the Shewu Branch has always implemented a pragmatic work style, a rigorous work attitude, based on the post, and worked hard. Improved various rules and regulations and working procedures, and worked in strict accordance with the rules and regulations. Under the correct leadership of the college, Shewuke actively improves itself and aligns with higher work standards.
