Information
The supervisory office is an administrative supervision department established by the college and is under the leadership of the chairman of the board. It is responsible for the supervision of the performance of duties and work quality of the various functional departments of the hospital.
Departmental functions
1. Check and supervise the order and quality of teaching work.
2. Inspect and supervise the order and quality of student work.
3. Inspect and supervise the order and quality of administrative work.
4. Check and supervise the order and quality of logistics work.
5. Inspect and supervise the order and quality of safety work.
6. Investigate various issues and put forward suggestions for rectification.
7. Organize democratic evaluation and make an analysis report.
8. Conduct performance appraisal of the entire faculty and staff.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the hospital committee (board of directors).
The main work content of the supervision room
I. Conduct performance appraisal of the instructors and teachers according to the student attendance rate
1. The supervisory room will randomly check the student attendance rate in class every day, register and make statistics, and calculate the revised attendance rate according to the correction coefficient.
2. The teacher named in the class, calculates the student attendance rate of each class in the class, and the supervision room calculates the correction to the class rate according to the correction coefficient.
3. At the beginning of each month, the Supervision Office will provide teachers and counselors with corrections to the average class rate to the Personnel Department as a basis for performance evaluation.
Second, organize democratic evaluation
1. The Supervision Office organizes a second evaluation of the students’ satisfaction with the instructors, class teachers, and housekeeping teachers every semester. After the evaluation, a summary report is formed.

Third, perform performance appraisal of the entire faculty and staff
Implement performance appraisal management in accordance with the performance appraisal measures formulated by the College’s Personnel Department. Submit the performance work distribution list to the Personnel Department at the end of each month.
4. Supervise the college’s operating units and service units, and impose penalties on units that violate the provisions of the contract in accordance with the contract.
5. Issue a weekly issue of "Monitoring and Notification" to publicize good experiences and practices; urge them to rectify and correct any problems that exist.
