Chapter One General Provisions
Article 1 In accordance with the spirit of the document "Administrative Measures for the Construction of Student Associations in Central Colleges and Universities of the Communist Youth League, the Party Group of the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China", the Party Committee of Jilin Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as our school) specially formulated these measures.
Article 2 Student associations are an important carrier for fulfilling the fundamental tasks of Lide and fostering people and promoting the "double discipline" education of our school. It is a mass student organization that carries out activities under the leadership of the Party Committee and the Youth League Committee. Chapter II Registration
Article 4 To apply for the establishment of a student association, the following conditions must be met:
(1) There are more than 20 students in the school jointly sponsored, the initiator has not been disciplined by the school, and has a good mass foundation, political consciousness, and organizational skills. The "double discipline" ranks within the top 50% of the class.
(2) Have a standardized name and corresponding organizational structure, and comply with laws, regulations, and school-level requirements;
(3) There are clear functional departments and college (department) party organizations within the school as business guidance units;
(4) At least one instructor; (see Chapter 3 for the relevant requirements of instructors)
(5) A standardized association charter, including the type, purpose, membership, rights and obligations of the association, organizational management system, financial system, and procedures for the generation of responsible persons.
Article 5 The materials for applying for the establishment of a student association include the preparation application, the basic information of the initiator and the proposed person in charge (including ideological performance, "double discipline" results, etc.), the confirmation letter of the instructor, the confirmation letter of the business guidance unit, and the draft association charter, etc. .
Article 6 Student associations implement an annual review system. The content of the annual review includes the roster of the club members, the work and learning status of the head of the club, the annual activity list, the work status of the instructor, the opinions of the professional guidance unit, the financial status, whether there are violations of discipline and regulations, etc. Register the student clubs that have passed the annual review. Put forward rectification opinions on the student clubs that fail the annual review. During the rectification period, the clubs shall not carry out other activities except for rectification, and the rectification period is 1 month.
Article 7 In any of the following circumstances, the establishment shall not be approved or the registration shall not be continued:
(1) Falsified when the application was established;
(2) The number of students participating in student clubs is less than 20 in one semester;
(3) The annual review is unqualified and the rectification is invalid;
(4) The general meeting of members resolves to dissolve;
(5) There are already student associations of the same or similar nature;
(6) Involving religious culture, ethnic exclusivity or regional exclusivity;
(7) Cross-regional and cross-school joint establishment and commercial nature;
(8) Student organizations that are member units of off-campus institutions or branches that have not been reviewed and approved by the school;
